Specialist - Advisor

12 month/fixed term position The Department of Crop and Soil Sciences, Michigan State University, invites applications for an academic specialist position. The position focuses on supporting the MSU China Turfgrass Education Program.  The incumbent will support the program’s teaching mission by advising students, coordinating student internships, assisting with job placement, assisting faculty in teaching courses and developing on-line courses and resources, and in coordinating program logistics.

Requirements: Bachelors Degree, or eligibility for the Bachelors Degree within one year; proficient in oral and written communication in both English and Chinese; willingness for extensive international travel; ability to provide appropriate United States Visa upon time of employment.
